About Johnny (On Trial)
Johnny is a large black and white boy who is recent save from Renbury Pound. Despite being underweight and needing some good food to fill him up he has a beautiful glossy coat. He is quite gentle and just wants to be by your side – he seems quite overwhelmed by the busy environment and was happy to spend time with our volunteers when we paid him a visit. We are just so full even at our new premises at the moment so we don’t get to know newbies like Johnny as well as we would like to who are at our overflow kennels. Adoption details
Once we have found your new greyhound we will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
