Darcy ~ Mini Foxy ~ On Trial 11/4/15

Darcy is an adorable little 16 month old Mini Fox Terrier who only weighs a tiny 4.6kg. This beautiful boy is a bundle of excitement and friendliness who also loves his cuddles and kisses. Darcy also thinks of himself as a perfect lap dog as he perches himself on your lap.

Darcy has the biggest most adorable radar ears, and a cheeky big smile that makes everyone laugh. Darcy is so full of personality that you can’t help but fall in love with him.

Darcy loves to be involved with the family and playing with his foster sister. He loves to play in the yard and he enjoys frolicking around with his toys – he will play chasings, tug of war or fetch for hours. Darcy is a very social young man and size does not concern him – he will make friends with dogs big and small where ever he goes.

Darcy would love to go to a home where he has another dog to play with. He would best suit an active couple or family with energetic outdoorsy kids who will play with him. He loves going for a trip to the dog park or the dog beach for a run with the family. He does get car sick sometimes, so just be careful not to travel with a full tummy!

Darcy has been sleeping in the family sunroom and settles well at night after his daily walk – being so small he walks best in a harness as it’s more secure for him. Even though he’s tiny Darcy will need solid 6ft fencing to keep him safe as he has a spring in his step.

Darcy would like to be part of home where has someone is around a lot of the time as he prefers companionship. He won’t suit being left alone in the yard for long periods of time. Darcy has been in training for 2 weeks and has already mastered the art of sitting and laying down. As with most young dogs he will require continued, consistent and positive training as he grows. Darcy is a smart little boy who enjoys learning new tricks as well.
