Poppy

Funny little Poppy, she just adores playing with other dogs and they all seem to love her too! She’s been in foster care with four other dogs and it’s been happy days since the first minute! She knows some basic commands such as “sit”, “drop” and “come” and even shakes hands! She’s also a very fast learner and quickly picked up how to walk properly on a lead. With on-going reminders she will be excellent.

She’s not a needy type of dog and will happily amuse herself playing with the others, though enjoys a pat during quiet time or happily gnawing on a bone outside.
Poppy loves an off-leash play at parks and gets along famously with new dogs. In the car, she is excellent and silently looks out of the window or goes to sleep, ready for the adventure of the destination.

She is excellent with children, even little ones, we are told that at her least home she enjoyed being piggy-backed by an 11 yo girl?
Poppy would love a home with another dog to keep her company, and children there too would be great! She isn’t good with cats though, so just a doggy household would be fab! If you’re looking for an easy companion for your dog, Poppy could just be your girl!
