Mr . Murphy is ready for adoption!

Mr. Murphy is a gorgeous two year old Blue Heeler x Pointer.

Mr. Murphy is a beautiful medium sized dog, he can be shy to begin with, but once he opens up, he has a lot of love to give.

He is good with kids and other dogs, however he would best be suited to a house without cats as he likes to chase them.

Like any dog, Mr Murphy would benefit from ongoing obedience training but he comes with a head start as he sits and goes to his bed on command, has learned not to jump up on people and is fully house trained.

He is gentle when taking food and isn't overly food orientated, but will respond to treats for training purposes.

He isn't very high energy and enjoys laying in the sun getting pats. A short walk every day or so would keep him happy.

Mr Murphy would be happy in a home with or without a doggy playmate. He gets along with other dogs, but has had some anxiety in the past so would prefer human contact to build up his confidence further.

He loves to be inside with you when you are inside and will happily curl up in his bed next to you.

Mr Murphy is an affectionate, friendly and low maintenance boy who can’t wait for his forever home so he can show you his love.
