George (Trial 14/2/15 ~ Cattle Dog x Jack Russell

This is George, a cute little Cattle Dog x Jack Russell boy, 6 months old. George loves all people big and small and gets along with every dog he has met since coming into my care.

George has lots of energy and loves to race around the backyard with a doggie pal or fetch a squeaky ball with the grandkids. He does like to lick little faces so will need supervision around the littlies, but is otherwise wonderful with them.

When he's had enough he will jump into his clamshell pool to splash around and cool off. George is housetrained and needs to be allowed inside, at least when people are home, and to sleep inside. He is small to medium sized (bigger than a Jack Russell but a bit smaller than a cattle dog.

George will be easy to train by his forever family because he is very smart and listens to everything we say. He can already "sit" when asked "drop" and "wait" and responds to his name every time. He learns very quickly with treat reward training.

George is easy to take walking on a lead and does not pull. He will be well suited to an active family/couple/person who will enjoy taking him to the beach or park for a regular run around. In return, he will be your number one fan and bring you lots of happiness.
