About Kasiea (Trial 14/2/15) ~ female blue cattle dog
Kaseia 18 month old male Blue Cattle x. Kaseia is a very affectionate, energetic and playful dog who loves to chase balls and would be the perfect addition to any loving home. She is the sweetest dog who is quite happy playing outside or lying near you when inside. Kaseia is great with other dogs and children and settles quite quickly into new environments. She loves playing with other dogs and people.
Kaseia is house trained and will let you know when she wants to go out. As she has a tendency to jump when she greets humans, she may need a little work in this area. Being a loyal girl, she's very protective of her yard and house and lets it be known if she senses a threat. She loves to have her belly and back scratched and will lie in your lap for hours.
Kaseia is a very clever girl and a quick learner who knows basic commands such as, sit, bed and stay, although some extra training would not go astray. She has never shown aggression at feeding time.
Kaseia is very low maintenance with a coat that can easily be cared for by just a bath and the occasional brushing. She is slightly overweight, so will need plenty of exercise to get her girlish figure back. Kaseia would be happy as an only dog given plenty of love, attention and exercise, but wouldn’t mind sharing the love with other animals in the home.
If you feel you can provide this snuggly, camera shy girl with a loving, forever home, please contact Katrina: 0429 077 919 Nora on 0418 402 150 or email us at: drnmudgeebranch@yahoo.com.
Kaseia's adoption fee is $300 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.rtf.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
