Dora is our little “special needs” cat as she only has three legs due to a dog attack but this doesn’t stop Dora getting around and reaching the levels she wants to go. Dora really has a mind of her own and we think this has helped her recover and find ways to do everything that she did before. Dora gets on well with all her foster mates although she does take time to accept new arrivals, but she always does. Dora can be quite talkative when she wants her dinner but is otherwise generally a quiet and gentle cat. Because she no longer has her right leg she sometimes needs a special scratch on that side which she really enjoys and purrs like a train. As Dora would now be slower and find it more difficult to escape from danger, we are looking for a loving home that is prepared to provide Dora with a cat run to keep her safe. She at present enjoys the fresh air and stimulation of a cat run at her foster home.
