About Katie (On Trial 8/2/15) ~ mini foxy
Katie is a delightful and charming 4 yo Mini Foxy X. Weighing in at a weeny 5KG and just a happy go lucky little girl. Playful but obedient, she would be great in a family environment with kids and other dogs.
Katie loves a lap to spend down time on and is an inside only dog being so small.
Katie is still getting used to the doggie door to go outside to the toilet but is otherwise house trained. Being a big time snuggler, she does like to sleep with her human friends. Katie loves her daily walk with the troops and behaves extremely well in the pack.
She is growing fond of her regular bath or shower and is a good eater with no fussiness at all. Loves her and bones and chews too. Toys, toys and more toys, she loves them all. Katie plays chasings with the ball and brings it back for more!! Katie would not be good around other little furries such as rabbits.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.rtf.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
