Hi I'm Angel. I came to GAR with my sister and we were co-parenting our kittens.
I am between 7-10 months old so still very young myself. I am also a teeny little girl. I am dark chocolate, almost black in colour and am rather beautiful. My purr brings the house down and I can be very talkative. I love to be patted and even let my foster mum pick me up for short periods.
I love toys, especially balls and enjoy running around like the kitty I am exploring all around me.
I can be a bit shy and nervous. I am learning to be brave and trusting. In the right home I will be relaxed in no time. Because I am a bit timid I wouldn’t suit a home with young children.
I am not fond of dogs but get along well with other cats.
I am looking for someone who understands I need time, patience and lots of love.
I am very affectionate and just need the right home to keep learning what it is to be a kitten.

Medical notes
Angel is microchipped, de-sexed and up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.
I do have a curvature in my spine but have been vet checked and it is not causing any ongoing or foreseeable health issues. I have no special dietary requirements and am fully litter trained.
Adoption details
If you wish to adopt Angel, the standard adoption process applies:
* Applicant is to submit an application form for review by Geelong Animal Rescue (GAR) along with any questions you may have.
* GAR makes an assessment and invites successful applicants to continue with the process, and unsuccessful applicants with a reason why they are not suitable for this particular animal.
* A Meet and Greet is organised at a convenient time for both foster carer and potential new owners.
* If suitable, an adoption agreement will be signed and date of pick up is arranged.
* Payment of adoption fee is to be made either prior to collection, or on the day of collection. The adoption fee must be paid in cash or direct debit prior to collection can be arranged.
* The new owner has a 2 week trial period where they can return the animal if they are found to be an unsuitable match.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
The rescue group is no longer taking adoption applications for this pet.
