About Rupert
Meet the cutest little guy, Rupert.
Rupert LOVES interaction, whether it be just playing or cuddling, he loves attention. For that reason, I strongly suggest a family that has a lot of time and love to give, and maybe another dog or cat for him to play with.
Rupert is a Tibetan Spaniel x Shih Tzu and has a long coat so will need regular grooming and brushing.
He is a friendly little guy and will fit in to most loving family situations. He will only be a small dog, but will still need his daily exercise and outside time.
He will be best suited to being an inside dog.
Medical notes
Rupert has only got one descended testicle at the moment so we are waiting a little while longer until he is desexed hoping that it will come down on its own, but meet and greets are welcome and a deposit can be left, and Rupert held, for the right family. He will not have any further complications after his surgery is performed but just letting people know that it may take a few weeks before he is ready to go to his new home.
Rupert also has a severe underbite but because he is fluffy, it is not noticeable. It has been checked by the vet and given the all clear with no further complications. He has learnt to eat and adjust life around it, and will continue to do so throughout his life.
He will be desexed, chipped and vaccinated prior to adoption.
Adoption details
All animals come with a 7 day trial period (this is negotiable depending on case by case differences, and will be discussed accordingly with anyone having queries)
After this time, and knowing that both the family and pet are happy together, the adoption will be finalized.
If an animal is to be returned for whatever reason during this 7 day period, a 10% (of the adoption price) administration fee will be taken out of the refund. Animals returned after this time, unfortunately forfeit the adoption price.
We are mostly located in Greenbank on the outskirts of logan, around 30-45 mins south of Brisbane.
