About Lady (On Trial 1/2/15) ~ English Staffy
Meet Lady, a 2 year old English Staffy x with a lot of love to give. She is a very affectionate girl, who loves pats, cuddles and playing with our other large dog. She's also good with children. Lady is very well mannered. We are teaching her the basics such as "come," "sit," "wait," and "no" (This, she has mastered!).
Lady is medium sized. She loves going for walks. She is mainly and inside dog and needs to be allowed inside, at least when people are home, and to sleep inside.
We are going to miss Lady very much, but we know that there is a loving and committed family out there for her. Lady will fit in very well in her forever home and will make her people very happy. Everyone she meets adores her, so come and meet Lady!
For more information or to meet Lady, please contact her foster carer Emma on 0418 709 553. Lady is in foster care in Rutherford, NSW 2320 (30 minutes west of Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
Lady's adoption fee is only $300 and includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.rtf.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
