About Eadie is checking out her new home
Eadie has settled right into the good life. She loves her walks and wants to meet and greet every one with a happy smile and wagging tail. She is very easy going and gets along with other dogs. She likes to be where you are and get involved in what is going on inside and out. She has started playing games and is always quick to get the best bed available. She always lets you know if she needs to go out, and she sleeps through the night.
Eadie is good with dogs of all sizes. She is not cat tolerant.
She comes desexed, microchipped, wormed and with her teeth cleaned if required. She has been heartworm tested and is on heartworm preventative. She comes with a collar, a lead and a muzzle as well as one heartworm monthly treatment.
Greyhounds are calm, gentle friendly dogs. They do not need long walks and are happy with a twenty minute walk once or twice a day.
They can sleep for up to 20 hours per day.
Greyhounds need to remain on lead at all times in public areas, and should only be allowed off-lead in fenced areas. They need to be muzzled in public until they have passed their Greenhounds assessment which gives them an exemption from muzzling.
They are very susceptible to weather, and will need shelter from the elements. During winter they will need a warm coat. They have little padding on their bones and will need a comfy bed all year around.
