About Ollie
Little baby Ollie was rescued by one of our foster carers. He was being badly treated in his home and was enduring terrible cruelty. Somehow this beautiful boy has remained loving, loyal and so sweet. Sometimes it is the sweetest dogs who endure the harshest treatment.
Ollie is a typical puppy - he loves to be in your arms, loves to give little licks and kisses, and just adores playing. The abuse he recieved was at the hands of a child, however he is still sweet with children and would be do find in a home with a nice child this time! He is toilet trained and very social.
Ollie loves to play with other dogs, and we'd love him to go to a home with a playmate if possible!

Medical notes
All Chihuahua Rescue Queensland dogs have been fully health checked by our vets. We offer a free post-adoption health check with Greencross Vets at Moorooka or Indooroopilly hospitals. This gives you the opportunity to talk directly to the vet about any questions you may have. We provide all veterinary records for each dog, including copies of blood tests, any relevant xrays and medical notes.
All Chihuahua Rescue Queensland dogs are desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. We test all our dogs for heart worm and treat them with regular parasite prevention.
Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, please email chihuahuarescueqld@gmail.com for an Adoption Application. From there, we will be in contact with you within 48 hours to talk further about your application and if successful, to arrange a meet and greet.
Prior to adoption, all dogs will need to have a meet and greet with their family and a house check will be done. All adoptions are subject to a four week trial to ensure your new friend fits in well with your household.
We have many dogs that are in foster care and are not yet ready to be listed for a variety of reasons. If you have a good idea of what you are looking for in your new dog please email us at chihuahuarescueqld@gmail.com and let us help you match a dog to your needs.
