About Daisy
*Currently on Hold*
Daisy is a beautiful and affectionate Malamute girl that is looking for a loving home where she can get the care and attention she deserves.
Daisy loves the company of all humans and would appreciate a family that can include her in their daily activities.
Daisy walks well on lead and she has very basic training and so far only knows sit. She is food motivated, so that would help with her ongoing obedience training.
She can be selective with her canine companions and due to her recent surgery we feel she would be better off in a home as the only dog, or if she can be kept separate until she has fully recovered.
She does meet dogs of all sizes well whilst out on walks but does not like dogs that will bark in her face or jump on her. She’s not really sure what the really little dogs are all about, her face turns to confusion but she will have a sniff and move on.
She is not suited to a home with cats or pocket pets.
Daisy comes desexed, microcchipped, vaccinated and flea and wormed treated.
Medical notes
Daisy has had a recent surgery to remove two tumors and she is recovering well.
She also has some muscle wastage in the hind quarters but this should improve with the right diet and it does not seem to bother her.
