About Chance
Introducing the handsome boy Chance (D063) the mixed breed dog.
Vet's estimate Chance to be around 9 months of age.
We think he is a bit of a Heinz Variety with staffy and another unknown breed.
Chance has been in foster care for a few weeks now so that he can improve his condition. Chance was underweight, had a dull coat riddled with fleas and lacked muscle tone when he first arrived.
It is fantastic to see him now at a good weight, muscle tone and shiny coat. His foster carer has found Chance an affectionate and active boy. He gets on well with the other dogs and is learning some basic obedience. Chance has led a sheltered life so in new environments he is not very sure. He will need an owner that can slowly expose him to new environments and build his confidence.
Chance's adoption fee is $350 which will help to cover some of the veterinary treatment for de-sexing, micro-chipping, 1st vaccination, worm and flea treatment.
(It will also cover the costs of the remainder of the 2014-15 council registration if he continues to reside in the HRCC council area.)
