About Poppy
Meet Poppy (D052) the 2 1/2 year old female dog (photo taken prior to grooming). Poppy is an affectionate girl that is full of beans. She can be a little uncertain when meeting new people but she soon comes around and looks for affection.
Poppy is not particularly cat friendly so would be better in a home without a cat. Last night when Poppy met a cat she barked & had the potential to chase. Poppy is a dominant girl around other dogs so would be best in a home as the only pet so she can lap up all of the attention for herself.
Poppy is in foster care and her carer adores her. She has been found to be affectionate and a no fuss dog. She needs some further training as her recall is not good at all. Her walking on the lead also needs some extra work but she has improved over the past few weeks.
Poppy will need a home where she is regularly exercised and cater to her regular grooming needs. Poppy can be vocal when she see's other dogs, cats or people come to the home, however on most occasions during the day she is relaxed and quiet.
Poppy's adoption fee is $350 and she will go to her new home desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated (also includes balance of this year’s council registration is adopted into Horsham Municipality).
