Puppy Nero (On Trial 19/2/15) ~ Fox Terrier x

Nero is a sweet natured, male, Foxy x puppy. He will be ready to go to his forever home when he is 8 weeks old after the 16th of February. You can meet Nero and his brothers now and, if approved, you can pay a deposit and we'll reserve your puppy for you.

Nero's personality is affectionate, friendly, curious and sweet. He loves to be nursed.

Nero was born in foster care on 23/12/14 in a loving, home environment with his mother and brothers Benji and Trey (also available). Nero's foster carer is very experience with puppies and has devoted the greatest of care and to his development. She gave them Early Neurological Stimulation. The benefits to the puppy of these sensory stimulation exercises are:
1. Improved cardio vascular performance (heart rate)
2. Stronger heart beats,
3. Stronger adrenal glands,
4. More tolerance to stress, and
5. Greater resistance to disease.

As Nero grows, his carer will carefully introduce him to many other friendly dogs, people, environments, textures and sounds to prepare him for his permanent home and to help him be a well balanced dog.

Puppies take a lot of time and effort to settle and to become well behaved and developed adult canine citizens. We want Nero to go to a home where he will be trained, cared for and spoilt for the rest of his life. Nero is an inside dog and needs to be allowed inside, at least when people are home, and to sleep inside.

Nero will grow up to be a small dog. You will need good fencing with no small gaps. Gates need to have locks on them to discourage dog thieves (sad but true). If he is to spend much time outside he'll need a kennel.

Nero will need to be taken to one of our approved vets for his 2nd vaccination and to be desexed when he's old enough. Therefore, he is only available for adoption to the following areas: Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens, NSW.
