About Hugo (D2872)
I’m a royal corgi from the Buckingham palace, I’ve climbed Everest – twice. And appeared in the movie Red Dog. Right now, I’m touring across Australia, stopping in at every beach on the way, and get belly rubs on demand.
Ok fine, I may have exaggerated, just a smidge!!!! But I do like a good belly rub. My breed is yet to be determined and I am waiting on DNA results from the vet that should arrive very soon.
My name is Hugo, I’m 2 years old and I love to snuggle. I enjoy long walks on the beach and watching the sunset from the sand. But I also like lazing around and watching the sun set out the window from the couch just as much. I love to play, fetch and run about, but am even happier snuggled up in your lap watching TV. I am very well-mannered, house trained and know a few basic commands, such as sit, lay and beg. I am also very patient when it comes to dinner time and will sit and wait until you say ‘chow’ before eating.
I’m a really good people person, but not so much a doggy dog. I have spent the last two years living with my K9 cousin, but we have our differences. My owner says I should be the only dog of the house. I have never met a cat but don’t think I would like them too much either. I have however successfully co-lived with fish and rats. I would suit any kind of home where I can be centre of attention. Maybe an older couple, family with older kids or a single individual looking for a best mate.
I have lots of love to give and will work hard to please you. Call SAFE Karratha on 08 9185 4634. You won’t be disappointed.
