About Bronx (On Trial 1/2/15) ~ English Staffy
Bronx is a friendly, affectionate and playful 21 month old English Staffy x with a beautiful nature. He loves going for walks, playing fetch and making new friends. He is well-behaved and eager to please. He knows "sit", "heel", "fetch", "on your bed". He has lovely table manners, waiting for meals until he is told "eat", and "nicely" for accepting treats gently.
Bronx adores children and gets along well with most other dogs. He loves being part of the family, is house-trained and well-behaved in the house and car.
He's not suited to live with cats as he likes to chase them. Bronx adores all people so he needs to be allowed inside to spend time with the family. In winter he'll need a coat or to sleep inside. He's nuggety but only medium size. He is not a problem barker. He is fine to wait at home while you go to work.
Bronx would suit a family with children or other dogs who will enjoy his happy nature.
For more information or to meet Bronx, please contact his foster carer Patricia on 0422 428 148 or email patz171@gmail.com. Bronx is in foster care in Boat Harbour NSW 2316 (Port Stephens, north of Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
Bronx's adoption fee is only $300 and includes his desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.rtf.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
