Ben is on hold pending adoption. Looking for a playful and lovable male German Shepherd then meet Ben this young shepherd is in need of a forever home where his owners will ensure he has plenty of ball and toy playtime as well as lots of walks and interaction with his human family.

Ben is a no hassle dog well mannered, house trained and very much one of those shepherds who has to sit on your feet, put his head in your lap for a snuggle and its all about Ben. We have called him Mr Personality as he is just such a wonderful companion dog. \ Ben is very toy focused and will bring you his toy to play with or even a branch or twig and drop it on your lap just wanting to play.

I could see him excelling in a fly ball class as his retrieval skills are brilliant.

So we are looking for a family who will ensure Ben has inclusion in the family home, has daily walks and are familiar with this intelligent breed and know their requirements. Don't leave this boy alone in a yard as he needs companionship and a family to love.

Ben is in a foster home with four other medium to large breed dogs both male and female and he is fine with all of them. No aggression and just playful. Probably not suitable to go to a family with very young children (toddlers) as he is still very playful and they need to be aware of his size and be dog savvy children so we would suggest children over eight years of age,
