About Tez claws n paws rescue
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME.
Tez is a beautiful senior girl who upon meeting is full of energy & love. A very friendly happy girl. She is believed to be a Ridgeback mix & I would say there's some kelpie in there. She is oh so obedient & clearly very smart. She does not dig, jump or bark unless on occasion at strangers entering the premises or to greet her master hello.
Tez is house-trained, happy to be left outside while your at work & even at night if necessary but does love her family time in the house. She is great with all other animals including cats. Tez is good on lead but can pull. She much prefers to walk off lead & will stay with you whether it's on the path by the road or off the beaten track. She travels well in the car but must be restrained correctly as she likes to hang out the window given the chance. She enjoys her walks & beach visits but is not fond of the water. She tolerates a bath but water is not her favourite thing.
Tez doesn't like storms & can sense one brewing. She will pace & pant but not bark or cry. If outside she will hide under the table if a storm hits. Tez does not like the vacuum so best to put her outside while using one. Tez does not play fetch but will run & jump around with you. Tez is wonderful with children & has been a great companion to a 4 year old & a teen. She is so gentle in play & in taking food.
Her early years may not have been the best & she may of had pups during that time. She was born Dec 2005 then at some stage was surrendered to the RSPCA. Then she was adopted in March 2008 by a family that has loved her tremendously since. Unfortunately circumstances have changed & they must move back to the UK.
Tez is microchipped, registered, desexed, up to date with vaccinations & flea/worm treatments. She will have a vet check & dental 16/1/15
