About Nigel
Nigel is a beautiful boy with a big smile and a lot of love to give. He came to me from the Canberra pound all battered and bruised, he is differently a lover not a fighter. Over the time I’ve had him he’s completely changed from a scared, sore little boy to a confident and comfortable dog.
Nigel would be well suited for a family with older children or anyone that is looking for a companion.
Nigel is a cat stalker, I’m not sure if he is cat friendly or just curious. I also suspect he couldn’t be trusted around chooks.
He is house trained but has had a couple of accidents during the month of sleeping inside. He walks on a lead well, he doesn’t pull and just enjoys a casual stroll around the block. He is also a get jogging partner, he just keeps in stride on the side.
He enjoys a car ride.
He’s been having a ball playing with my 11 month old female kelpie cross.
Nigel is great with children he has been playing with my 4 year old son, who thinks the world of him. Being a blue healer he can be a little bit nippy, he doesn’t hurt but could frighten young children if he gets too excited.
This dog is a big softy, he loves a cuddle. He follows me around the house all day. He is the perfect dog, he is quite and loving. He will definitely be a hard dog to say goodbye to.
Nigel will need some training, he has picked up a lot in the short time that I’ve had him, but still needs work in that department.
Located in Werribee.
