About Ruby Tuesday DL841
We sure are gonna miss you Ruby Tuesday when you find your forever home. The Rolling Stones said it all, they could've written the song for you.
Ruby is our very own little superstar, she lights up every room she walks into and loves all her adoring public. She is kind and gentle, calm and obedient with her humans. Ruby is still learning her doggy social skills and is learning really fast, when meeting new dogs she can get a bit worried but once she has greeted them and realises they want to be friends it's game on! She is awesome with kids and cats but not so fond of rabbits.
Ruby is house trained, good in the car, and she doesn't dig or chew. She hasn’t had a lot of exposure outside of the home so she can become excited/anxious on lead when she sees other dogs, and can get distracted and forget her recall. Whilst her training is coming along well in foster care, Ruby will need an owner committed to helping her build her confidence and to teach what is acceptable when out and about.
Ruby would suit most homes, she would be awesome at agility but just as good at being a family dog. She would be happy with another dog (ideally male or calm female) or on her own as long as she is involved in daily activities. She would love taking the kids to school or having a game of fetch in the park. Ruby is the kind of dog you could take anywhere once she gains her confidence.
If you think Ruby is the one for you please email us to apply. We'll be sure to have some tissues ready as we are going to be a little sad to see her go but so happy for her new beginning...
