Stevie

Stevie is a spritely little man whose favourite thing in the whole wide world is being near to his human and he'll sit in his bed on the floor quite happily knowing that you are nearby. Stevie loves to follow you around the house and garden and given the chance he will jump up on the bed for a roll around, throwing all of the pillows off in the process. He then jumps down and happily wanders off thinking to himself 'my work here is done' ... what a funny little fellow he is! Stevie came into foster care quite fearful of some things, putting on a lead was a whole new experience and it scared him even though he loves a walk. He was also fearful of being picked up, but with time and patience he has learnt that he won't be hurt when the lead is put on or when he is picked up for a cuddle. Stevie is living with other small dogs and gets along well with them so a gentle dog in his new home would be a nice companion if his owners are working people. Stevie is a good eater, is fully house trained using a doggy door and will require some grooming to keep him looking handsome. Stevie needs a calm experienced household that will understand and work with his fears and would not suit a family with children.
