About Gizmo (On Trial 2/3/15) ~ kelpie x cattle dog
Gizmo, 3 month old, male, Kelpie x Cattle Dog. Gizmo is a lovely and well-mannered little boy. He is a sensitive soul who is not as rambunctious as his sister Kiara, but he does love to play and is coming out of his shell. He is a healthy puppy and gets along well with people and other dogs.
We are teaching Gizmo basic commands such as, sit, bed and stay, etc. Being so young, he needs a little more practice with toilet training. He gets along very well with our other dogs.

Gizzie is very low maintenance with a coat that can easily be cared for by just a bath and the occasional brushing. He will grow up to be a medium size adult. Gizmo would be happy as an only dog given plenty of love, attention and exercise, but wouldn’t mind sharing the love with other animals in the home.

Gizmo’s adoption fee is $450. He is de-sexed, vaccinated, free of fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. He is available for adoption in NSW and ACT.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.rtf.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
