About Kiara (On Trial 9/3/15)
Kiara, 3 month old, female, Kelpie x Cattle Dog. Kiki, as we call her, is an adorable, healthy and playful girl. She is a happy puppy who gets along well with people and other dogs. Her aim in life is to just to have as much fun as possible.
Kiki is learning basic commands such as, sit, bed and stay, but being so young, she needs a little more and attention to toilet training. She gets along very well with our other dogs.
Kiara and her brother Gizmo, who is also available, were rescued from a country pound.
Kiara is very low maintenance with a coat that can easily be cared for by just a bath and the occasional brushing. She will grow up to be a medium size adult. Kiara adores other dogs so she needs to go to a home where she will have another playful, friendly dog for company.

Kiara’s adoption fee is $450. She is de-sexed, vaccinated, free of fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. She is available for adoption in NSW and ACT.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.rtf.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
