ABOUT BERNIE
Bernie is a delightful boy who has a lot of love to give.
Once settled into his new environment he adapts very quickly to his new family.
Bernie is a little uncertain with meeting new people.
Positive behaviour training has begun with Bernie, so would need to be continued by his new owner.
He responds well to his training and very happy to please.
Bernie is best suited to a single person who is home a lot or a family with older children.
Bernie doesn't necessarily need another dog for company, however does enjoy the company of at least one other dog. This also helps with his training as he models his peers. Bernie is a little scared of storms, however with positive reinforcement he is coping well.
It is recommended Bernie is an indoor dog, and be free to roam outside when his owner is home.

All dogs are to have a meet and greet ( where possible) and be approved By the foster carers and the adoption application.
All dogs will be desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm treated before being rehomed.
