About Starski
Starski was released from the Pound just before Christmas and it is a mystery to us why his owner didn't come for him as he is a very affectionate and playful boy whose eyes will melt even the toughest persons heart. Starski is an absolutely wonderful little dog whose ambition in life is to make all humans happy all of the time. He lives with a family who have four young children and loves them all including the youngest child who is almost 2 years old. Starski enjoys his daily walks and will tell you in his own special way that it's time to go. He has great recall and will always stick close or come back when called. Starski lives on the river at the moment and enjoys spending time at the water's edge playing with the children and the other dogs. He is working hard on his manners with the cats in his foster home and can't understand why they don't want to play with him like his doggy pals do! Starski is a great little watchdog that sits by the door when visitors come. Once he knows they are friends he relaxes and waits for lots of pats from all who enter his foster home. Starski is great in the car and his carer thinks he is a very smart little dog who has learnt the rules of the house very quickly. He can open doors and will be a quick learner for anyone wanting to teach him some tricks. All in all, Starski is a great all-rounder that would enjoy life with a family who won't leave him alone for hours on end and who have a doggy pal for him to play with. Starski has a low maintenance coat that requires a brush and bath once a week and is a house dog so must have indoor access via a doggy door or similar.
