About Gideon
Meet Gideon!
Gideon came to us almost 12 months ago abandoned at the pound as a little tyke without a mum. He was tiny, not fully weaned and full of fleas, in fact we didn't know if he would survive. After being a hand raised bottle baby, he developed flu and we thought we were going to lose him but luckily we didn't. 'Giddy' has been with his foster family getting strong and healthy and he is now ready to find his forever home.
He is one of the most affectionate little fella who is always happy and purring! He loves children, adults and loves to play. He is ok with dogs who are ok with cats. He is also used to be around other cats and he would most likely warm to a new feline friend in time. Despite his affectionate nature and being healthy we feel that Giddy needs a new family who is willing to give him some extra care as he is a delicate little chap who has been a little susceptible to getting little colds and similar things.
As Giddy was not raised by his mum he has taken on a strange if not cute habit of suckling on his foster mummy's jumper. It is a comfort habit and his foster mum has taught him to suckle on his little red pillow. Giddy has lysine in his food everyday to keep him in tip top healthy shape so if you are willing to nurture this sweet, snuggly, little man then you will be rewarded with a cat that will love you forever, keep you laughing and be your best friend.
Gideon is one of our most special rescues from Robyn's Nest and we want to find the best new home for him.
Adoption details
After seeing an animal you are interested in we ask you to fill out an adoption expression of interest form which tells us a bit about you, your lifestyle and any previous pets. A meet and greet is then organised for you to meet your prospective new furry friend and if all goes ok, you are then able to adopt your new furry housemate.
