About "Athena ( and Zeus)" - Purrfect Match
Athena is ready and up for adoption with her brother Zeus, with whom she is very bonded with . Athena is a friendly and affectionate little girl who is suitable for most family and domestic arrangements. He and his sister are both fine with other felines and cat friendly dogs if the usual adjustment/ meeting process is followed. Zeus and Athena are both good with gentle children . A special discount will apply for Zeus and Athena to go to a forever home together . If financially viable for adopters, sibling/ double adoptions for kittens have many social benefits, including less chance of anxiety and loneliness related issues further down the track. :-)
Adoption details
Trial periods are given to ensure the cat/kitten is the Purrfect Match for your situation and refund is available within the agreed trial period that is geared to suit the individual cat.
If a cat is being adopted sight unseen, as in distance adoptions, we do require a home check to ensure our cats safety.
After indicating your interest in a cat or kitten you wish to adopt we put you in contact with his or her foster carer. You can then organize a meet and greet.
If you decide to go ahead with the adoption you are required to complete the adoption form and transfer of microchip paperwork. The foster carer will have these documents for you to complete or they can be sent to you via email. Payment can be made via direct deposit or cash to the carer.
We have transport opportunities available from time to time.
Cats are sold desexed, first vaccination and micro-chipped. They will be up to date on their worming and flea treatment.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless other wise stated as in the case of BARN/FARM cats.. ALL our cats are for INDOOR HOMES ONLY or specially built cat enclosures.. We rescued them off the street and would think nothing worse that they be placed back there and in danger of all the perils of modern day society.
Please respect our wishes with these requirements. We care about our cats and matching the cat to the adopter is important as is the home they are going to.
