Harry ** A Special Boy **

Harry is a dear little Maltese boy who has been neglected. He suffers from severe arthritis in his spine and legs and rear hips. He arrived at the pound with a badly matted coat which had to be shaved.

He does not have hair on part on part of his tail but this will grow in time.He walks with a limp in front and back legs.
Harry also has a thyroid condition and is on daily meds for this as well as his metacam for arthritis. He also has a monthly cartrophen injection for arthritis. None of the meds are expensive.
Looking after and rehabilitating Harry has been such a pleasure. He is divine. After good food and a warm bed and treatment for his pain, he is a happy affectionate little dog. He is a lap dog and his favourite thing is to curl up on his foster mum. He loves to be cuddled and likes to be under the covers in bed. He is starting to play a little bit and he loves to go for a short walk. He also enjoys rides in the car. He is alert and enjoys the company of other quiet little dogs. He loves a gentle play.
Harry is an inside dog. He needs to be kept warm. He would love a quiet loving home where the family are at home most of the time.
