About Chelsea is on trial in her new home
Chelsea is on trial in her new home.
Our girl Chelsea has come into care with us just in time to find herself a loving home for Christmas. You see her former owner wanted her gone before Christmas discarding a loyal and loving dog so they could have a holiday without having to consider the needs of Chelsea.
So she is now safe in our care and looking for a forever home. Chelsea is a seven year old desexed female German Shepherd who is currently in care at Kurri Kurri near Newcastle. She had lived with young children in her former home and from our assessment of Chelsea she would NOT be suitable to go to a home with cats, small dogs or pocket pets.
Chelsea is house trained, obedient and very people focused. She knows her basic commands and is social with her fellow rescue shepherds.
Chelsea is a gentle girl and her previous life was spent as a yard dog without inclusion in the family home. We hope to find her a loving home where she will be an integral part of the family and be given a soft bed inside out of the extremes of weather.
She still enjoys gentle walk and playtime and needs to be with her human pack.
So for more information on Chelsea please contact Pauline who has her in her care at Kurri Kurri. .
Medical notes
Chelsea is desexed, vaccinated C5, on heartworm prevention and has been flea treated and professionally groomed.
