About Jake on trial in his forever home
Jake has gone on trial in his forever home. Jake is a special needs dogs as a result of poor diet and living on concrete for the first five years of his life. He is receiving good food and now has a trampoline bed and soft bedding to sleep on.
So Jake needs to find himself a family to love him you see Jake was picked up in the street and having no details recorded on the microchip database he was left to a sad fate. Being thin and showing signs of severe neglect with fly struck ear tips and that sad look that a lost dog has we knew immediately we had to give Jake a second chance of finding a home.
So Jake is now in our care at Box Hill in Sydney and we have found him to be a good natured dog with both people and also around children. Being a little older he is showing his age mainly due to lack of care during his life bu with good diet and flea treated for his ears Jake has improved remarkably.
We have introduced Jake to several dogs and he does show reactivity when introduced to other dogs so best he be the one and only dog in the household.
Now Jake is putting on weight and has been desexed, vaccinated C5 and has been pampered with a hydrobath and professional grooming so is feeling allot better and looking a happier dog. He is on medication for pain relief and we are happy to continue to provide this medication to ensure Jake is comfortable.
So if you are looking for a companion dog for your home and can ensure that Jake is treated as a family member he will reward with his gentle love and loyalty. Jake does not require strenuous walks in fact we feel that he would just prefer to be with you and mooch around the yard.
For more information on Jake please call Jan.
Medical notes
Jake is desexed, vaccinated C5, on heartworm prevention and is microchipped. He is currently in care at Box Hill, NSW.
