About Albert
Albert is a quiet, steady dog who came into foster care lonely and frightened and very uncertain about the state of his world. He had not been neglected as he was in fairly good condition but was isolated and unsettled. It took Albert about a week to settle down and join the household and his foster pal Hugo's sheer joy of life has helped him feel better. Albert likes a cuddle and a tummy rub and then from sheer joy takes off with Hugo in pursuit and they have a race around the yard barking and kicking up the dust. Albert is house trained and sensible, sleeps by himself on a rug and enjoys his food. He is a good watch dog and likes to watch through the screen door and tell you when you have visitors. Albert would like to join a home where he is the centre of attention and not left out in the backyard. He has lots of love to give to and receive from his humans and he would like the company of another dog to play with. Albert is a house dog and has a coat that will require regular grooming to keep him looking and feeling great.
