About Chelsea (On Trial 3/1/15)~ young Staffy girl
Chelsea is a 2yo female, purebred English Staffy. She is an affectionate, happy young girl looking for a loving home. She is not a big dog, she's stocky but only small to medium sized. She adores people and would love to be your very best friend.
Chelsea would benefit from going to dog school or having some training at home as she didn't have anyone train her before being rescued. So Chelsea needs someone willing to teach her the basics such as walking nicely on lead, etc. She is well worth the bit of effort and you will have an amazing dog.
Like any dog, Chelsea needs good fences, toys, things to chew such as bones, and a daily walk. She isn't suited to live with small children as she might accidently knock them over. She needs to be an only dog, and no cats.
She's a great dog, just waiting for her forever home.
Chelsea is in Newcastle, NSW. For more information or to meet Chelsea please send email to kim_daz@hotmail.com.
Chelsea's adoption fee is only $500 and includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.rtf.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
