Adoption information
I've been adopted!
About India is checking out her new home!
India is a gorgeous, loving dog who loves to play and be around other dogs of all sizes. She will gladly be the submissive member of the family and likes to please. However like a lot of sight hounds, once distracted with a chase she will not respond to any previous training. She switches off to anything else. Although India is fantastic with dogs and people she is not suited to a home with other animals as she cannot resist chasing them. Therefore we recommend a cat free home.
India needs good high fencing and possibly colourbond so as not to tempt her to jump over to investigate what’s on the other side. She will happily be outside whilst you are not home although would be better with another dog to keep her company but will also enjoy being part of the family inside. She is big and clumsy and will try to sit on your lap, completely unaware that she is a bit dog and doesn’t fit.
India has a heart full of love she can’t wait to share with her new family.
