Spence (im on trial with a wonderful family)

Spence is a beautiful, gentle and loving boy, approximately 3-4 years old, his favourite pastime is lying on his back for a tummy rub, followed by getting treats and any kind of love from his human!

Spence bonds very quickly with humans and all it takes is a loving look into his big brown eyes and you bond right back with him! He definitely needs a brother or sister to keep him company as he can get lonely if left on his own (like any beagle), he's good with kids and very tolerant of all dogs in all shapes and sizes, but like every beagle, he can be a bit of a snob and only likes to join in with playtime with other beagles!

Spence is a fast learner and his foster family had him sitting for his dinner and sitting at the kerb out on walks in less than a week. He is great on lead too. And while Spence loves to be showered with attention, he is also independent and will take himself off to the couch and let his foster family eat their dinner in peace! He doesn't dig or jump either, he is truly a beautiful boy.

Spence is still a beagle, so all the usual beagle traits are there, no off the lead as he will just follow his nose and pretend he cant hear you, no cats, rabbits, chickens or guinea pigs, beagle proof fencing required. Spence is ruled by his nose and his stomach like all beagles are!
