About Puppy Piper (on trial 1/1/15)~ Staffy xBoxer puppy
Piper is a beautiful 9 week old Staffy x Boxer puppy, who loves cuddles and playing with balls and fluffy toys. Being a young puppy she also likes to nibble at fingers and toes.
Piper is going to be medium to large dog when fully grown so may not be suited to families with very young children . As you can appreciate her toilet training is a work in progress and will need to be continued in her new family life. Piper is very friendly and loves the company of people and dogs, currently living with her sibling Paige and 6 adult dogs. She is an inside dog but does enjoy playing in the yard with her sister.
It would be great for her have another friendly dog to play or a family who has someone home most of the time.
Piper is in care at Beresfield, NSW, near Maitland and if you would like more information about this beautiful little girl you can contact her carer Debbie on 0408825714.
Pipers $450 adoption fee includes her microchipping, vaccination, flea and worm treatment and desexing , which is compulsory and will be arranged by her carer as soon as she is old enough.

Please remember that puppies are not a Christmas present, they are a lifelong commitment and a family member.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.rtf.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
