Banya

Banya is a pure bred Burmese girl who has the roughest start we could imagine. A breeder, who became a hoarder.. Up to 70 cats fighting to survive- poor baby was a bag of bones.. Even more heart breaking, she was absolutely terrified on arrival. How do people do this?

Although nervous, she is the sweetest little poppet. She has blossomed in foster care and doesn't have a mean bone in her body. She'll find a nice comfy and quiet place (she loves the side of the couch!) and contently curl up. Once comfortable.. listen to that purrrrr! It certainly brings a smile to your face.

She can be a little flighty with loud noises and quick movements, but comparing her to when she first came into care, her improvements have been marvellous and she's still improving!

She needs a special home. Someone to love her and care for her and to let her know she is safe- forever.

Banya needs a quiet home without young kids (15+) and no dogs. She may be comfortable living with another confident cat.
