Mya (trial 20/12/14) ~ Cocker Spaniel x BC x Lab

Mya is a 10 week old, female, Cocker Spaniel x Border Collie x Labrador puppy. She is super cute with her floppy ears and long eyelashes. She is a very loving puppy who aims to make you happy. She is a very quiet, gentle soul and will make a perfect new family member.

Mya has been very well socialised with other dogs and puppies and gets along fabulously with dogs of all different breeds, sizes and ages. I don't have a cat but she is young enough to think of a cat as just another playmate.

Mya enjoys romping in the yard with our other dogs and playing with all sorts of toys. She loves splashing in paddle pool to cool off on a hot day. I think she'll love visits to the beach or lake.

Mya must be welcome in the house to be part of the family, and to sleep inside. She loves to be with people and would get lonely outside. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.

Mya will grow up to be a medium sized dog. You will need solid fencing with solid material underneath such sleepers or concrete and no small gaps. She cannot go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire). Gates need to have locks on them to discourage dog thieves (sad but true).

Mya is a calm placid puppy who will be wonderful with children 8 years and older. Mya needs a home where there is someone doesn't work full time, such as a stay-at-home parent or retired person. It would be wonderful, but not a requirement, that Mya has a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate.

Mya is available for adoption to the following areas: Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens. She is not available for Interstate adoption.
