About Leroy (On trial 10/12/14)~ Ridgeback x Bull Arab
Meet Leroy an 11 week old male Ridgeback x Bull Arab, he is a loveable boy who just loves to snuggle and cuddle.
Leroy loves to play with his brother and his foster brother who is a 5 month old mini foxy, he also loves to play with his foster mums 8 month old kitten and her 2 shih tzus.
Leroy needs to go to a home that has access in and out of the home for toilet training and as he is only a puppy. He will need to be an inside dog until he is a bit older. He'd love to have another playful pooch that can keep him company and to play with him.
He can be an only pup if someone is home most of the time. Leroy will need a yard so he can run and play in with good fencing but no rural fencing.
As with all puppies Leroy can only grow up to be a great dog if you are able to put the time in to and provide him with the necessary training and socialisation of classes such as puppy preschool.
If you feel you can give Leroy his forever home, please contact his carer Krystina via email krystina_ws@hotmail.com. Leroy is located in Lake Macquarie, NSW. He is not available for interstate adoption. He is only available for adoption within the Newcastle, Hunter, Port Stephens and Central Coast areas.
So we can properly assess all enquiries we ask that you attach an adoption questionare to your email. http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.rtf

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.rtf.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
