About Phillip

PHILLIP is a quiet little boy who loves to play and have cuddles. He loves his foster fur siblings and the humans too, he lets the 6 year old cart him round like a baby. He is very tolerant.

He loves it when you scratch his chin while he is having a cuddle, he even dribbles if he is totally relaxed!!!
