Introducing Digger (D014), a super sweet 2 year old male kelpie.

Digger had rough beginnings where he was treated quite brutally in his early months of life. Despite this, he is a loving, affectionate boy who holds no grudges and certainly shows no aggression.

Digger can cower around people he doesn't know, but if feeling safe and secure he will happily trot up for a pat.

Digger has been living in a backyard where he honed his working dog skills in rounding up sparrows! He would therefore be a very diligent mate for someone with a vineyard or similar, where pesky birds cause a problem!

We think Digger is happier on the land and will not be looking to rehouse him into a backyard environment. He is house trained, great around other dogs and also around children.

This boys perfect home will be one where he is cherished, included and rewarded for giving humans a second chance.

Digger's adoption cost has been reduced from $350 to $200 as part of the HPAWS"12 Paws of Christmas 2014" campaign pet. He is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated.
