About Sam
Sam is a delightfully cheerful little man who's tail almost never stops wagging! \ Sam has a very calm, quiet disposition and just loves to follow his humans everywhere. Sam LOVES having smaller children to play with and is always very gentle. He is great with other dogs but does get a little intimidated by the large breeds. Sam is currently in foster care with 5 other dogs and 4 cats and Sam has adapted extremely well to other animals but is a little afraid of the cats at times.
Sam sleeps in a bed with some of his other foster siblings and loves cuddles and playtime with his humans. Sam walks well on a lead, responds well to vocal commands and learns the rules of his new surroundings very quickly. He has enjoyed trips to the dog park and loves meeting new people and dogs.
Sam would be best suited to a family that will allow him access to inside as he loves to be where his family are. Sam is an affectionate little man who can be timid at times but will flourish in a home that will ensure he receives lots of love and attention.
Medical notes
Sam has a flea allergy but regular control with a quality treatment should significantly minimise any issues in this regard.

When enquiring about Sam, please give us some indication of the type of home that he/she would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog/pup may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
