Jasper ... just gorgeous and cat friendly too

This guy is impeccably trained. He knows Sit, Stay, Back, Come, Leave, Drop and Crawl; and possibly even a few more. He is an absolute pleasure to walk on lead. He is also well toilet trained. Jasper was previously living with two cats and behaves in a completely nonchalant manner; he has also been known to allow the cats to curl up and sleep with him. Today on a "walk through" at the vets he was walking along very happily beside me and a grumpy cat took a swipe, his reaction was to hide! With other dogs he will play and play, although not showing any sign of aggression, when he gets over excited he likes to nip at his playmates, a habit we are presently, actively attempting to discourage! When reprimanded by other dogs he retreats or alternatively just keeps going until receiving direction from his human. He will need ongoing help with this. This Beautiful Boy needs a confident owner who will keep his confidence levels up with lots of positive reinforcement and encouragement. For a pup so young this boy has endless potential for progressing with obedience and/or agility; he has a desire and a passion to please and enjoys praise and is extremely partial to treats. With a ball he will play and play. He loves for you to play fetch with him but isn't so good at return.
Jasper sometimes, but rarely requires some reassurance and for you to let him know new things are okay, a hand gently caressing his heart and a kind voice telling him he's ok.
