Miss Penelope

Well Hello there! My name is miss Penelope aren't I just a bit of a cutie pie! I was surrendered by my previous owner as they we no longer able to keep and care for me. So I have found myself at the RSPCA the ladies here are lovely though they give me pats and yummy food and tell me everyday that there is someone out there for me. I hope that person finds me soon! Why not come and get to know me better I wont disappoint!
