This sweet older girl has found shelter life quite a challenge; it isn't easy learning to trust so many new humans in this busy and noisy environment. Resilient and patient, Keisha now waits in adoptions, looking forward to finding that special forever person with whom to play out her days.

Keisha seeks a quiet life; a warm cosy bed inside and a friend with a gentle approach is Keisha's dream for the future. Someone who would be home often and/or in a position to take their canine companion to run daily errands would be ideal. Keisha can be shy when meeting new humans, but she needs someone to lean on and to love, so if you are looking for a loyal and tender pooch, and can make the commitment to her for life, she will be your pal in no time. Lively and energetic children will be very overwhelming for Keisha, so she would prefer a mature home where she can build relationships at her own pace and seek refuge when needed.
