About Buddy
Check out this adorable little ball of fluff... Buddy!
Buddy is an affectionate pooch who loves his pats and especially loves his belly rubs. He is an easy going boy who will make a great addition to a family one day. Middle aged, he is beyond all of his toilet training and destructive behaviours and he is now just happy to be a dog and lounge around with you.
Being a pretty calm and quiet dog, Buddy never makes a fuss. He gets on well with all other dogs, but prefers ones similar sizing to him if he had to choose. He is in care with 3 other dogs as well as kids and cats that he gets on famously with.
Buddy is proving to be a very fast leaner. He is responsive to vocal commands as well as loving his treats which makes him very easy to train. He can be a little anxious when left for long periods of time, which leads to whining, but never destruction. He walks well on lead but can only do gentle walks due to some permanent damage he has received to his front left from an untreated broken leg in his past. Therefore his ideal home is someone with a slower paced lifestyle that just wants company and a little fur friend to love and care for.
Wally's like all of our rescues to be adopted into families that will continue their socialisation and allow their dogs inside of the home on a regular basis to ensure that they feel part of the family. This is particularly so if they are to be an only dog.
Buddy is located on the Central Coast of NSW where he lives with his foster family.
Medical notes
Buddy has a flea allergy but regular flea control with quality treatment should significantly minimise any issues in this regard.

When enquiring about Buddy, please give us some indication of the type of home that she would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog/pup may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
