About Candy
Candy is a sweet little terrier with lots of personality. She weighs only 3.5kg and is a total pocket rocket.
Candy is very social and very active. She loves other dogs but is quite bossy and strong willed, so we have found she gets along best with a more submissive dog. In her foster home, she is just best friends with her foster families other little dog so we think she'd do great in a home with other dogs to play with.
Candy needs to be adopted to a home that will provide her with the exercize and training that a young terrier puppy requires. She loves to go for a walk, and she loves to play.

Medical notes
Candy has been desexed, microchipped, tested for heartworm and treated regularly with parasite prevention. She is up to date with her vaccinations and is a very healthy and happy little dog.
Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, please email chihuahuarescueqld@gmail.com for an Adoption Application. From there, we will be in contact with you within 48 hours to talk further about your application and if successful, to arrange a meet and greet.
Prior to adoption, all dogs will need to have a meet and greet with their family, and a house check will be done. All adoptions are subject to a two week trial to ensure your new friend fits in well with your household.
We have many dogs that are in foster care and are not yet ready to be listed for a variety of reasons. If you have a good idea of what you are looking for in your new dog please email us at chihuahuarescueqld@gmail.com and let us help you match a dog to your needs.
