About Ruby
Ruby is going to make a family very happy one day. She has a great temperament. Very loving, affectionate and loyal. She is very content just getting her daily cuddles and of course a good smooch.
Typical to her Wolfhound breed, Ruby is extremely laid back and easy to get on with, making her very dog friendly, and could easily be trained to be around cats.
Ruby knows her basics in training, 'sit', 'no', 'here’ etc and is pretty good on the lead whilst walking. And would be your best friend if you could run with her! She loves to run!
Ruby would be best suited to a family with kids as she has a soft and gentle nature and would love to be fussed over by the children. Also day trips to the park or beach with the kids would be great if she were to be an only dog, or if she had a fur sibling she’d love to just wrestle with them.
Wally's like all of our rescues to be adopted into families that will continue their socialisation and allow their dogs inside of the home on a regular basis to ensure that they feel part of the family. This is particularly so if they are to be an only dog.
Ruby is located on the Central Coast of NSW where she lives with her foster family.

When enquiring about Ruby, please give us some indication of the type of home that she would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog/pup may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
